LUCY, the missing aunt of the filmmaker Verena Rudolph, emigrated from a village in Lower Bavaria to America in 1934. Since then, she has never heard of her again. Fifty years later, Rudolph, travels with a Bolex camera and a tape recorder, and heads to New York to search for her aunt.
