‘Douglas and the Flour Baby’ is a modern day fairy tale set in the unchanged, north-eastern coastal town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. When Douglas, the local misfit, is landed with a sack of flour dressed in a babygro, he suddenly gains the respect and admiration he dreams of. In this quirky tale of differing perceptions, Douglas proudly enters fatherhood. But isn't it just a bag of flour?
