In ‘I Dish’ a woman searches for and finds, then carefully digs out, a fish from a vast wet beach. She prepares, cooks and eats it while a naked man repeatedly washes. We follow the woman to a pond where she sifts mud to find and remove all the hooks by which she is caught.
