‘Masquerade’ is an amusing animated film dealing with the effects of magazine images on women. The film shows a character being bombarded by the vast and confusing number of images from an inordinate amount of women's magazines, that dictate how women should be and should look. The character becomes increasingly confused as to how she can conform to these roles. Happily she decides to reject them all to find her own direction.
