Clause 28 of the Local Government Bill forbids Local Authorities to ‘promote homosexuality’. This spirited video records some of the protests and gatherings in defiance of the Clause. The provisions of the Clause are clearly presented as well as the possible effects on us all. A celebratory video which highlights lesbian strength and determination to mobilise against oppression.
